Free vial shipping rules

  • Where it ships: Vials can be shipped anywhere in Arizona or Utah for free.
  • How long: Generally 5 to 7 business days after you've submitted your payment.
  • How it arrives: Insulated, chilled box with ice packs and all supplies (vials, syringes, alcohol pads, instructions).
  • Heat-safe: Meds are stable at room temperature for 3 days. It's not an emergency that you be home when it arrives, but we highly recommend arranging to ensure someone is available to get your meds in the fridge as soon as possible upon arrival.
  • Add-ons not available: Vials ship directly from the compounding pharmacy. If you want to add B12, LipoMax, or any other additional products, they cannot be included in your free GLP-1 vial shipping.

The compounding pharmacy who shipped the meds & Combat Medic Wellness cannot be responsible for stolen medications.

My order WILL NOT be shipped until these 2 steps are completed:

  1. This refill/delivery form is fully submitted
  2. My meds are paid for online

Direct-from-pharmacy shipping takes 5 to 7 business days after the 2 steps above are completed.

After you pay, we'll text you to confirm your order is in process within one business day. If you do not hear from us in one business day, please contact us at 480-401-2312 to ensure there wasn't a technical issue with your order.

We use Uber package delivery. If the driver can't find your address, we pay them to return the meds to our office, & your delivery payment is unfortunately non-refundable.

A second attempt means a second delivery charge. Help us avoid that: give the driver everything needed to easily find your home.
