Free vial shipping rules
- Where it ships: Vials can be shipped anywhere in Arizona or Utah for free.
- How long: Generally 5 to 7 business days after you've submitted your payment.
- How it arrives: Insulated, chilled box with ice packs and all supplies (vials, syringes, alcohol pads, instructions).
- Heat-safe: Meds are stable at room temperature for 3 days. It's not an emergency that you be home when it arrives, but we highly recommend arranging to ensure someone is available to get your meds in the fridge as soon as possible upon arrival.
- Add-ons not available: Vials ship directly from the compounding pharmacy. If you want to add B12, LipoMax, or any other additional products, they cannot be included in your free GLP-1 vial shipping.

* If my address is incorrect or missing a detail IN ANY WAY, the delivery will not be successful. The meds return to the pharmacy, my delivery payment is forfeited, & re-delivery is at my expense. It is my responsibility to double-check every field on the next page.

Here's how it works
- Med sent from our Mesa clinic — not from the pharmacy.
- ≈$15–$40 based on distance from our Mesa clinic.
- Delivered Monday through Thursday between 11:30 AM & 4:30 PM. Adult must accept meds.
- Add-ons available — Add B12, Lipo, or NAD on the next page.
- Payment: We'll text you a quote & a secure payment link.
Delivery address — we'll text you a delivery quote.
An incorrect or incomplete address forfeits your delivery fee.
We deliver to exactly what you enter here. If the driver cannot complete the delivery because a detail is wrong or missing, we pay the driver to return your meds, your delivery fee is not refunded, & a second delivery fee applies to try again. Please take a moment to confirm every field before you continue.
- An adult must be present. The driver hands the meds directly to an adult.
- Refrigerate right away. Meds arrive in an insulated box with ice packs. Get them in the fridge on arrival.
- Delivery window: Mon-Thurs, 11:30 AM-4:30 PM. Your quote (≈$15–$40) is based on distance from our Mesa clinic.
