Here's how free shipping works

  • Where it ships: Anywhere in Arizona or Utah. Free.
  • How long: Up to 7 business days from when your payment clears.
  • How it arrives: Insulated, chilled box with ice packs and all supplies (vials, syringes, alcohol pads, instructions).
  • Heat-safe: Meds are stable at 104° for 7 days, so you don't need to be home when it arrives.
  • Add-ons: NOT available with free shipping — the box ships from our compounding pharmacy. If you want add-ons (B12, Lipo, NAD), pick pickup or next-business-day delivery instead.

  • Multiple family members? One delivery price covers everyone at the same address.
